We are Katie and Andrea

Katie is an economist who worked in the health care sector supporting clinicians to improve care for people with complex conditions. She has also had first-hand experience of Long COVID since March 2020, when she suddenly experienced a number of symptoms she recognised from her work with complex care. Desperate to feel better, she drew on research and her background in health care and started to work out ways to heal herself. Then she connected with Andrea, a personal trainer, Olympic champion and expert on how to foster healthy connections between the key systems in our body. 

We have used their collective knowledge and experience to develop evidence-based tools to support people with Long COVID, and other post viral conditions, to accelerate their recovery and feel more like themselves again. 

We have put together a set of comprehensive proven support programs that help people to manage symptoms and gain ability over time. 

Research will continue, and in time we hope to have pharmaceutical solutions available to treat Long COVID but that may take years. In the meantime, people are missing out on their lives. We are passionate about helping those impacted by Long COVID to live their lives again by sharing effective solutions now. 

Our approach works with each person’s circumstances, taking account of their symptoms, including post exertional malaise (PEM), and offering gentle and well paced solutions.
