About Us
ThriveNinety is led by Andrea Henkel Burke and Katie Brennan. Andrea is a multi-Olympic champion whose deep expertise in performance and recovery shapes how we help people build resilience and ability — you may not need to train like an Olympic athlete, but you can learn how to recover like one.
Katie has nearly two decades of experience driving evidence-based healthcare innovation and population health management in both the US and the NHS in the UK. She also has lived experience of Long COVID and Long COVID recovery.
Together, we bring practical, research-grounded tools and practices that help people build long-term habits, improve everyday function, recover from illness, sustain performance over time, and discover their full potential.
