Katie is passionate about sharing knowledge and her lived experience to help others impacted by Long COVID. She draws on research, her own Long COVID symptom management journey, and 10+ years of experience working as an economist and strategist in the health sector, using data to develop innovative care pathways for people with complex conditions.. Her background in research and policy means she can condense research, help others understand the science and offer practical, evidence-based guidance to help you feel better.

Andrea Henkel Burke

Co-host and health enthusiast

Andrea loves to connect with people to share insights and tools that support their health and wellbeing through a whole-body approach. She is a certified therapist in Psychoneuroimmunology, which is all about the interconnection of human systems. As a former Olympic and World Champion in the sport of Biathlon, she also found ways to work through times that almost ended her career earlier than she wanted. For the past 10 years she has been working with clients and athletes as a mentor, coach and personal trainer. She brings knowledge, from her days as a professional athlete, and professional certifications, translating them into gentle actions that can help people with Long COVID improve their own baseline abilities. Andrea is well known for her ability to develop and share simple and impactful tools that help people feel better.
